I need to look at the ingredients list very carefully since I am allergic to so many chemicals and natural ingredients.
The texture is a little thicker oil than the other cleansing balm that I have used before.
I was worried that it would leave a oily film, clog my pores and not to remove makeup completely.
Well, I am happy to report that this dissolves, cleans my face really nicely without not only drying, or leaving greasiness on my skin.
I wish it comes in a travel size, and a larger bottles.
I'll repurchase it.

I wanted to try a different pre-cleanse makeup remover from the brand I've been using for many years, so I figure I try this, but the thickness of this formula is terrible (pre-cleansers shouldn't be that thick) I literally would have to use it twice every time..sometimes a third. And guess what? I would still have a bunch of makeup still left on my face after washing it off so good. Also, the pump is junk. I literally threw this away cause it got frustrating and the quality of this is bad. I'll definitely never buy from this brand again.

It thoroughly removes all my eye makeup, sunscreen and moisturizer before I use my skin cleanser. I love the beautiful packaging……like high end spa products but at an affordable price. It’s a keeper!

this is the BEST first cleanse product I’ve ever used. No eye irritation and gets all makeup- even waterproof mascara or long wear lipstick- off the first time. I’m about a third of the way through the bottle though and when I press the tip to dispense product, it comes squirting out of the sides. It’s messy and I know I’m losing product.

Totally digging how this actually removes makeup effectively and I'm not just rubbing big black circles around my eyes for 7 minutes before the makeup comes off. It also doesn't leave me with a really oily residue like some makeup removers do - it leaves my face feeling clean, light and ready for a cleanse!
