This granola is a healthy alternative to the grain-based cereals most of us were eating until discovering the negative affects of all that sugar. Stop eating sugar poison grain carbs! Bonus, this product has some blueberries in the bag, albeit dried sort of like raisins, blueberries are a super food and fun to eat!

The good - tastes great. Mostly a whole food type product, not a lot of factory processing in granola. The bad - expensive per ounce. Eating healthy is far more expensive than eating cheaply, unless you've got the space and time to grow your own.
