Well, I am impressed with the efficacy, I love the larger sizes to help keep the patches on better, and the price at $9 for the box of 112 is good.
Hoping in the future they drop some of the tiny ones and include more of the larger patches.

How to use our pimple patches?
Step 1
Cleanse the affected area and let it dry.
Step 2
Apply the LitBear patch with easy peel design to the affected area.
Step 3
Press lightly 3-5 seconds to make sure the acne patch is sticking securely, and leave on 4-8 hours for the best effect.
Step 4
Depending on the size and stage of the whitehead, you might need to use another patch to pull out more gunk. That’s normal.

A Disappointing Experience
I was initially excited to try the LitBear Large Pimple Patches, especially with the variety of sizes offered. I'd previously had great success with a different pack from this brand, so my expectations were high. However, I'm quite disappointed to report that these patches fell short of the mark.The biggest issue is their lack of adhesion. Despite the promise of staying put, the patches roll up on themselves, making them practically useless. This was a major surprise, as I haven't experienced this problem with other hydrocolloid patches. While they do succeed at preventing me from picking at my pimples and potentially making them worse, their inability to stay on the skin renders them largely ineffective at their primary function: absorbing pus and promoting healing.Perhaps the different sizes will be useful for some, but I found the lack of adhesion to be a dealbreaker. If LitBear can address this issue, these patches could be a great option. Until then, I'm left feeling like I've wasted my money and will be looking for a more reliable alternative.

These are definitely some of the better patches that I’ve used. They absorb a lot and are more sheer than others (although still visible). They stay on at night and I like that there are plenty of different sizes to choose from for different needs. It’s difficult to peel the little ones off the package without crumpling one side, though.
