I’m having issues 3-weeks in. Customer support is great. Quality mat but I’m an extremely excessive sweater and though this mat would be able to withstand my juices 😅🙃.Here’s an email from customer support so you can get a good idea about this mat.Lifeforme:“- What type(s) of Yoga do you practice? How often?- How do you store your mat?- How do you clean your mat? How often- Have you ever used any essential oils? or body oil/lotion during practice?”Me:“I wanted to wait a bit to see if things got better so I would have some time to break it in, but unfortunately it hasn’t.1. A mix of vinyasa, ashtanga, and Bikram in a yoga studio at least once a day if not twice, 5-6 days a week.2. When not in use, I lay it out on my bathroom floor and sometimes in my room with the fan to air-dry it out.3. Mild disinfectant spray after every session, wiping off the excess moisture/sweat.4. Not on my mat. I receive a cold lavender towel after my session that I use on my face to cool down.So the mat has declined on the grip side of things. I’m far ahead of being the sweatiest person to ever walk through the studio by a long shot. People even joked that I should be a product tester for yoga mats given how much I excessively sweat in class.That being said, the mat is constantly wet and water logged. I roll it out when I get home and let it air dry, even having the fan on, but it does not dry out. I let it air out for three days last week (borrowed a mat) with not really much improvement in moisture reduction. Some, but not a lot. I don’t ever bring it out in the sun to dry because that would damage the bio-degradable material.The mat also kinks very easily, which could also be a result of the moisture still present.”

Yes this mat is expensive compared to other mats. This is a heavy rubber mat - not a cheap foam one. It is easy to clean, the transport bag is a nice feature which you would expect at this price point. It is easy to clean and nice to use. No slipping! No smell! I did not think I would use them but the lines and marks on the mat are very handy to keep alignment for various poses. Hopefully it will last a very long time. NOTE - I went up to this one for the length and because I sweat. I am 5’ 10” and this length is just barely long enough. If you are much taller, get an even longer mat.

If I could give it 10 stars I would--for both the product and the customer service!! I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and I've been following Instagram yoga superstars for 3. When I first started seeing this mat pop up in their pics and videos, I thought the alignment lines were a great idea, but with my super sweaty (self and) practice, I always cover my mat w a towel and thought it was pointless. Then I saw the price and thought these people were crazy town. But since I started coveting this mat, I've spent 90 bucks a piece on 3 different mats. None of them offered what this mat does. Now...aside from the lines, they also claimed to remain super sticky, even through a sweaty practice, making the towel unnecessary. I thought that was absurd, and my other mats claimed the same thing and those claims proved false false false. But then I saw videos of people practicing on this mat, where the mat was clearly wet (it shows up the minute a drop of sweat touches it), and they were doing some pretty tricky/slide potential moves with no slipping. I decided to bite the bullet and ordered the pink one. No free shipping either. But I figured you get what you pay for. (I pay top dollar for my yoga clothes because they perform better. And I *thought* I was paying top dollar before for my top of the line mat--but seriously...in comparison, those mats might as well be the 10dollar mats you can get from a convenience store). Now, I eagerly watched my tracking--could not wait to get the mat. It was like Christmas in May!! The tracking said it was delivered, I raced home from work that day so the poor mat would not sit in the Florida heat for too long. I pull up to my house. No mat. I call Amazon, they check with the carrier and they confirmed delivery. I live in a gated community and really don't have issues w packages disappearing (but I will say, my gate has been broken 8 days a week for the last month). ANYWAY. Amazon confirmed delivery and contacted the seller for me. Seller (a woman named Aimie with Liforme) contacted me the same day. She said she'd confirm delivery w carrier and get back to me. At that point I lost hope, emailed her back saying Amazon already confirmed delivery and carrier says they left it on my porch. I figured at that point they'd say "sorry, move to better neighborhood, your neighbors are thieves." BUT THEY DIDN'T! Aimie sent me another one the next day! WHAT?! Amazing. 5 start service. Now back to the mat--I've used it 6 or 7 times now...wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke or there wasn't some kind of special coating on it that wears off and you're left with a slip and slide run way by the time you're no longer eligible for a return. This mat is the real deal. They could probably charge double. Seriously. I sweat a lot. And during very sweaty practices this mat keeps giving me the traction I need for proper form. It's hard to ground the outer edge of your back foot when it will slide off the mat if you lean any weight on it at all! This mat has changed my practice completely (already). I'm no longer finding myself putting all my weight on whatever body part can take it without sending me flying. Im more even, weight is better distributed, and I'm not constantly agonizing over alignment. I've also been able to practice at home without mirrors because I no longer need them for alignment guides!! (And I don't wanna put this beautiful mat on the gross studio floor either lol). Anyway, this mat is magic. It really does what it says it does. I don't know how I've gotten along without it. If you're on the fence, go for it. You won't be sorry.

Cushioning is great, but I'll be honest, the gym provides a yoga mat in reserved areas, so I just plop my mat on it. Regardless though, it does feel soft even when I place it on my floor at home.

Bag is more simple version of the manduka bag, no frills with it, so it works. I just opted to use my old bag since it has pockets

Glad to fing a mat with great thickness for comfort, great surface for grip and great alignment lines to promote attention to form...very nice brand yoga mat. I like the stable support it provides while other mats I've used stretched and slid which made my joints shift. There was a rubber like smell upon opening but it dissipated after I left it rolled out for a few days. The zippered carrying bag is so good - great strap too.

I didn’t know I needed this mat until I used it one time. I do more barre than yoga but I can see more yoga practice in my future. The mat does not slip, and the markings are super helpful for body alignment. So glad I splurged on Me!!

Ce tapis + son sac sont des produits de qualité (le sac est aussi solide, de qualité et avec de belles finitions). Pour le tapis rien à dire, son poids le plaque bien au sol, son grip est extraordinaire et sa largeur supérieure à la moyenne en font le parfait compagnon de Yoga. Tout cela a un coût… à voir si l’ensemble (le sac de transport et de rangement est un vrai plus et n’est souvent pas inclus) et votre fréquence de pratique justifient de mettre ce prix…
Un conseil ce tapis est un merveilleux cadeau pour vous ou un yogi… et pour le petit plus… l emballage super quali ^^
Pour ma part, le prix qui me paraissait trop élevé est justifié finalement 🙂
