Important: You will need to contact Microsoft Tech Support to get this laptop out of S Mode.
Doing all the methods they recommend online will only result in a try again later message. You will not be able to download or use any products Google related, or anything outside of Microsoft Store. Tech support must go into your PC remotely to make multiple changes to the system and takes about 60 minutes which includes reseting the laptop. Leaving my phone number with Microsoft tech support only took about 10 minutes to get a call back. But once they are done fixing this, the system works great especially for the low price point.

I get nervous buying a product with mixed reviews, with the low reviews being kind of alarming. However, I was in a pinch, and bought this laptop. I was using my daughters HP Pavilion. WORLD of difference. This laptop is smooth, easy quick start up, it's fast, lightweight and perfect if you need something for just surfing the internet, shopping, using Office. I am so glad I bought this one.

This is the first time I’ve bought a Lenovo laptop, and I have been completely surprised. It is quite a little workhorse for what I needed. The way windows transferred all of my files from my Microsoft Word over to this laptop was amazing and something that I will never forget. If you just need, a little laptop to do some home office work or volunteer work whatever this is the one for you.

Do not make the grave mistake of buying this absolute piece of trash. It is horrible. I know what your thinking. "Wow those are great specs for so cheap". Yeah the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here. Massively.

It is SO slow. May as well have 1g of ram. No setting optimization fixes this. NOTHING works properly. Everything is so buggy and crashes often. I bought this to run quickbooks for a business and my 85 year old book keeper was making fun of me for how slow it was and how I shouldn't have cheaped out and bought this POS.

Yeah imagine an 80+ yr old man complaining about how slow a "new" computer is. It's that bad and worse.

The screen is literally the worst screen I've ever seen in real life. Laptops 10+ years older have a screen that blows this away. It actually hurts my eyes after about 30 minutes and that's never happened to me before. It is so hard to look at.

The whole thing is SUPER cheap. The keyboard layout is stupid and if you're used to a normal keyboard get ready to hit the wrong keys constantly.

There is no redeeming quality to this laptop. It's absolutely garbage DO NOT BUY. It's probably not even worth the aggravation trying to get everything off of it and return, so the best I can hope for is some good karma put out in the universe saving some other poor souls the misfortune of buying this POS.
