I like this conditioner to use at the gym and when traveling for a weekend. I think it is very compact and being solid you do not need to carry in a liquids bag. It helps detangle your hair and has a nice scent. It works for me!

Overall I don't think this is a terrible product. I think in general it just doesn't play well with my 3a curls. Using it it felt much more on the drying side than I am used to, enough to the point I used more leave-in condition than I ever have before in my life. It DID impart a good bit of slip to my hair, but it really felt like I'd massively over-rinsed my conditioner out and I knew brushing through this would have been unpleasant.

I could see it working for straighter more hydrated hair, particularly in a traveling and needing to minimize liquid container situation. It IS lightweight, I don't think it'd hinder body much. The smell on it is really nice, the form is really compact and it does feel like a little of the product goes a long way. Getting the water to powder ratio was a bit awkward. Just stood in the shower kinda dampening my palm and swirling. If you powder first then water the bottom can get a little gummy and cling. I'm sure with practice it'd come more naturally. I love the novelty of this concept. Less waste would be fantastic in this sense. Wish it were more practical for me.

This is one of those products that you would definitely want to get for travel purposes because it just cuts down on the weight and size by a significant margin. However, this isn't something that one would intuitively learn how to use. I personally have never used a powdered conditioner and therefore had no expectations going in beside it doing the basic function of conditioning. Well, it doesn't really work as the best conditioner and I had to use a lot of it too. I still like that it's good for traveling and it's better than nothing. Will I finish using this? Probably. But will I purchase it again? Maybe not.

i had ordered the kenra simply add water shampoo, and i actually really enjoyed it-so i was hoping that i'd come across the conditioner. the shampoo was effortless to mix up in my hand, i just dusted a bit out into my palm & let the water shoot down & rubbed my palms together until it was shampoo....easy enough right? i sure wish the conditioner was that easy to deal with. i ended up with a bit of conditioner, and chunks of slimy balls that just wouldn't mix at all. the consistency of the conditioner in general just seemed kind of slimy, and it took me forever to completely rinse it from my hair. i love kenra products, but this conditioner will be sitting for a while, until i deicde i should just toss it. bummer!

I've never used a powder conditioner before this but I think it's a clever idea. The size of the bottle is small enough that I could easily take this with me on trips. The quality of this conditioner is amazing. I have long bit fine hair and I love the Kenra brand and have experienced only good things.

I was impressed with how well this conditioner moisturized my hair, considering it came in powder form. It was easy to 'lather' up and then I left it in for two minutes as directed. The scent was mild and pleasant. The very best part is the fact it's in a powder, so I don't have to worry about it spilling all over my other toiletries during travel. This was a first, so now I'm going to look for this in shampoo and soap format too. So cool!
