Didn't think it was going to be that easy.....(just lucky?)
I bought the 10x12 Jolydale 2 months ago to replace an aging conventional 10x10 gazebo. I broke down the old gazebo on a Tuesday, then started on the Jolydale that Thursday (put up the based frame) and finished Friday (roofing frame and polycarbonate roof). I don't count hanging the bug screen/privacy curtains since my wife wanted to do that.No parts missing. Instructions were OK, but could have been a bit more detailed, but if you are handy with tools and making things, it is not a problem. Just make sure you follow the recommended order of assembly. I was pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING actually was made well enough to jiggle together and fit correctly. My backyard is about 12.5 x 25 feet (townhome) so I figured the 10x12 would just fit. I had to slide the whole frame to the right fencing just to make enough room to slide the polycarbonate up and through grooves (the house being on the left).I did find a YT video ("Unbelievably easy DIY.. Yoleny") for another gazebo brand and that video helped me figure out some short cuts and garnish some tips. So total time putting the gazebo up by myself was about 11 hours. Would have been even faster but I forgot a whole set of screw placements and had to backtrack a bit. Portable electric drill / small strong electric screwdriver really helps. 2 thumbs up!

The Jolydale Hard Top Gazebo is a new addition to my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the design and craftsmanship. This opulent 10' by 13' gazebo is ideal for usage in patio, deck, garden, and pool areas since it has a strong, long-lasting polycarbonate double layer mesh screen that offers superior protection against the sun's damaging UV rays. This gazebo's robust construction was the first thing that drew my notice. Because the frame is composed of premium metal that is powder-coated and rust-resistant, it will last even in inclement weather. Additionally, the hard top roof is constructed from high-quality components that give the building more strength and stability. As soon as I put the gazebo together, I could tell it was well-made. The Hard Top Gazebo's polycarbonate double layer mesh screen is one of its best features. This screen enhances the overall appearance of the gazebo with a hint of refinement and elegance in addition to offering superior UV protection. Insects and bugs are also effectively kept out by the mesh screen, making it the ideal location for outdoor parties free from intruders. The size of this gazebo is another thing I like about it. Enormous dining tables and chairs fit in its roomy 10' by 13' area, giving it an ideal location for alfresco feasts and celebrations. We now always host family get-togethers and BBQ nights there, and friends and family have never stopped praising me on how lovely and welcoming the gazebo looks. The Jolydale gazebo's hard top roof shields it from light rain in addition to the sun. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the gazebo held up and kept us dry during the few small showers we had while using it. Moreover, the canopy has an airflow mechanism that lets hot air out, keeping the gazebo cool and well-ventilated on steamy summer days. The Jolydale Hard Top Gazebo was very easy to assemble. It came with all the required hardware and directions that were easy to follow. My spouse and I assembled it in roughly four hours, and we were both amazed with how effortlessly everything fit together. After it was put together, the structure felt sturdy and secure, and we have not experienced any problems with it. I am really happy that I bought the Jolydale Hard Top Gazebo overall. I've been loving spending time in my backyard every day because it added a touch of elegance and usefulness. To anyone searching for a strong and fashionable gazebo for their outside space, I would heartily recommend this top-notch product, which is incredibly well-valued for the money. This gazebo has beyond my expectations in every way, whether it is used for entertaining, lounging, or providing shade from the sun.

Assembling it definitely required two people; my husband and I took about five hours to put it together. The most challenging part was keeping the plastic clips on the roof slats, as they kept falling out of place. It would be much easier if these clips had adhesive to hold them in place. This issue added about an extra hour to our construction time, but we eventually got it done and are entirely pleased with the result. We liked it so much that we bought a second one for our other home.
Building the second gazebo came with a few new challenges: a couple of the roof slats were slightly bent, and none of the holes on the roof aligned correctly. My husband had to use a lot of strength to push and pull on the bars and use a screwdriver to widen and align the holes. I wouldn’t have had the strength to do that so cuddles to strong husbands. Despite the frustration, once the construction was complete, the gazebo looked great, and we’re considering purchasing a third for another area in our yard.

My husband assembled this alone so maybe that’s why it was hard. It took him a few 6 hour days. And then he and I put on the curtains, which should have been easy but they were zippered together and not right. Some of the screw holes are almost impossible to get to and the order of how to do things is horrible. Looks beautiful now that it’s up. Perfect fit on our deck we enlarged for it. Seems pretty sturdy and keeps the sun out and off my new furniture. Leaks a few places because the screws need to be tightened.
