I've only tried these once so I'll need to test it out a few more times, but I did not feel bloated yesterday/this morning.

I noticed in the reviews a number of people are experiencing stomach issues / pain after taking these and I wanted to point out that some people may have a food sensitivity to 1 or more ingredients.

My partner has a food sensitivity (stomach pain/digestive issues) to many things in the same family as dandelions/artichoke (both belong I'm the daisy family).

This was a mystery for months as the most random things would cause issues. After realizing this family of foods was a common denominator, avoiding them helped tremendously.

Even noticed that foods that included "spices" as a vague ingredient often caused stomach issues and we now think tarragon may be another culprit.

I starting using this once or twice a day for about 7-10 days. I started spotting at that point and immediately knew something was off because I never spot. I realized this pill is the only new thing I started doing so I decided to look it up. The description here doesn’t say anything, but sure enough the full website has a warning that it may interfere with oral contraceptives. I immediately threw mine out because a little bloating is better than the alternative for me in my life at this current moment. Hopefully I caught it in time, but let this be a warning to anyone else taking these who relies on birth control pills.

For those of you who are looking for a review for the product itself, I found that it was good, but honestly I noticed more that it acted almost like a laxative and less like a debloater. Just my personal experience but I knew I couldn’t take it if I was going to be somewhere without easy access to a bathroom

I was so excited for this product, but have been sad to find that at least for me it does not work.

I have a very clean diet, exercise regularly, and have used it as instructed.

It has not helped with my bloating at all, if anything I am even more bloated than usual. Such a bummer.
