Cons: I ordered the 24 oz. bottle but received the 40 oz. version instead, so it’s a bit large to hold and doesn’t fit into my car’s cup holders. However, I don’t run out of water very often.

I purchased this bottle because it was on sale and it is a great bottle. BPA free. I put ice and filtered water in it, and the ice lasts for at least 24 hrs sometimes longer. It does need a strap to hold on to it and it not slip out of your hands.

Let me start by saying that hydro Flask has a great marketing team which has made their water bottle extremely popular and trendy. My daughter saved her money for this water bottle which was quite expensive in my opinion however she was excited to purchase it and use it for school. When we opened the package it was dented. Although I am sure will work as intended it took away the aesthetic. I will return the water bottle or reach our for an exchange. Hopefully their customer service is just as good as their marketing! ⭐️Update: we ordered a replacement came the next day, now we are 😃 happy lol!

I have been wanting a hydroflask but couldn’t afford it. So I was so glad when it went on sale and they have the color that i liked! The temperature really stays longer. I always use it for my hot water and it lasts for hours! The sturfy material doesn’t make me flinch whenever I drop it on the ground. I had several drinking bottles before but they always get a dent when I drop them. This hydroflask doesn’t even get a slight scratch on it. I highly recommend this product!

According to the description there wouldn't be a metallic taste, but I have noticed a metallic taste. This usually occurs when my water (no ice) has been in the bottle for hours on end. However, the appearance of the bottle is nice & you can tell it's well made.

As far as the staying cold test here's what I have to say:
-If I didn't use ice, my drink would only stay fridge cold for about 5 or 6 hours max.
-I haven't tried hot drinks.
-The Hydroflask bottle seems to keep ice not melted for an extended period. I could easy say ice will not melt in a 24 hr. period.

Overall, I think there are other brands out there that can perform just as well as Hydroflask for the same price or cheaper (Yeti?).
