i have been eating one of these and drinking an energy drink before my workouts and i have been feeling great. these waffles give you a good burst of energy while keeping you full for your workout and all the flavors are delicious. some of the waffles did crumble but if you can sit still for 2 minutes while eating it’s not a big deal.
ETA: i ran out of these about a week ago and i have to say i definitely feel a difference when working out without eating one before. my last few workouts i felt like i could barely finish and was losing energy midway through. i was skeptical at first about giving this 5 stars bc i wasn’t totally sure if it was actually working or just a placebo effect. now i know it really works so i’m updating my review.
