Took 10 minutes to put together and it's very stable. Comes with screw in adjustable
feet to make it level on a non level floor. Best part, it's not made in China, but Taiwan!

How to assemble for those who need the help
If you look at the picture I have here that has a red arrow and a blue arrow, you can see how the shelves are put together. The red arrow is the shelf, and the blue arrow is the clip. See how the shelf is over most of the clip. The clips are not meant to close completely until the shelf is put over them. The pressure from the shelf is what makes these the clips close. This makes the shelves very sturdy. Put a clip on all 4 poles at the desired height, and gently bring the shelf down over the clips. If your shelf pole holes are too narrow to go over the clips, then your shelf is upside down. If you look closely at the shelves you will notice that the pole holes narrow. This will tell you which side is top and which is bottom. Do not let the shelf just drop. It will knock all the clips off. Gently lower it, and be sure to get it over each of the 4 clips. Since some other customers left bad reviews solely because they didn't follow the instructions and ended up not putting the shelving together correctly, I am giving these extended instructions here. Hope this helps those who need it.
