I took a chance on these for a "metro" rack where I blew out two wheels on a recent move. I am not clear of the specs or brand of my prior rack (Sam's club?), but these fit just right. They do seem noticeably light on the materials and construction, but the price is just what I wanted to not have to have a stationary rack.
The specs here say "350 lbs"--not sure if that is total, per wheel...probably total. These steel racks can hold a lot more (usually without wheels), and other brands of wheels mention a lot more, but this is probably fine for most people.
