My dermatologist first set me up with these. I have very fair skin and years of sun exposure have taken a toll. The active compounds in these capsules are more about damage control than blocking UV rays, so using sun screen is still necessary, but I will take all the help I can get at this point. I haven't had any issues with side effects or swallowing these capsules, so it seems like it's worth the effort to take them. The price is reasonable too.

I’m at half the bottle now, and I have some very significant side effects. Nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and extreme hunger. I exercise 6 times a week, after taking this supplement, I could not perform at all. Energy level is almost zero. I thought I was sick initially as no supplement has given me any side effects. After doing some research on Nicotinamide, 500mg is too much for the body to take. Definitely for me. I will decrease to one capsule a day and see how my body will react. If side effects is still significant I’ll stop totally.
