This is made in the USA. This is Sulfate free, paraben free, and cruelty free. It comes in a nice pump bottle that’s protected from air and light.

This is a mineral based tinted sunscreen. It has zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in it as the sunscreen ingredients. It doesn’t have any chemical sunscreens in it.

This has no added fragrance. It’s a nice consistency - not too thin, not too thick. It’s very creamy. It glides onto the skin nicely. I have normal to dry skin, more on the dry side with some extremely dry areas. This works well for me. It feels extremely moisturizing without feeling or looking greasy. It leaves a nice glow to the skin. It doesn’t feel thick or heavy on my skin. If you have oily skin, this might be too much for you. I’m able to use enough to get the stated SPF protection. In order to get the stated SPF protection, you need to apply enough. A lot of tinted moisturizers can look way too thick/cakey/heavy on the skin if I the required amount (1/4 tsp just for face or 1/2 tsp for face and neck). That’s why I usually don’t look to my tinted moisturizers/BB creams/CC creams/etc. for my sunscreen. I’ll usually use a sunscreen first to apply the right amount and then go over it with a tinted moisturizer/BB cream/CC cream/foundation. When it comes to tinted moisturizers, there’s some that I can apply the right amount to get the stated SPF and it won’t look too thick/cakey/heavy on the skin. But, most BB/CC creams and definitely foundations, I can never apply enough to get the stated SPF. With this tinted moisturizer, I’m able to apply enough without it looking too thick or heavy on the skin. It looks very natural on the skin even when I apply the adequate amount for sun protection.

It does take a while to dry down, so for a while if I touch my face it transfers. I have been setting it very lightly with powder to avoid that. But, if I didn’t set it with powder and just waited, it does seem to dry down eventually. It doesn’t settle into fine lines. It doesn’t accentuate texture at all. It looks nice and natural on the skin.

My only problem is it’s too dark for my fair skin. I wasn’t sure about getting it because it didn’t show a shade for it. A lot of tinted moisturizers that only come in 1 shade end up being too dark for my fair skin, so I almost didn’t even get this. But, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it looks too dark on me when used on its own. If I blend it in really well and go down my neck, then I can make it work. But, I still feel it looks slightly off (especially if I apply enough to use it as a sunscreen). I’ve applied BB/CC creams and foundations over top of this as well, and it works very well under them. So I like having that option, especially with it being slightly too dark on its own.

Overall, I really love this! It’s one of the few tinted moisturizers I can actually apply enough to use it as sunscreen without it looking too heavy/cakey on me. But, it’s just too dark for me. If it came in a fair shade then I’d definitely purchase it. But, it seems like this is the only shade so it’s not something I’ll purchase when I run out. But, if the shade works for you and you have normal to dry or dry skin, I’d definitely recommend it! It applies nicely. I can apply enough to use it as a sunscreen without it looking cakey. It looks natural on my skin. It wears nicely. If it came in more shades, it would be an easy 5 stars.

I had very high hopes for this product after reading great reviews and a glowing influencer endorsement, but it 100% didn’t work for me.

The color was much too pink for my skin tone and gave me a bit of a “pink cast” instead of the typical mineral white cast. It also went on very shiny, yet didn’t feel very moisturizing on my skin. Put it on over clean skin to run some errands today and added a bit of setting powder to dampen the shine. A few hours later I was horrified to see it was flaking all around my face, especially at my mouth and chin! It was Halloween ready and pretty gross looking. Very glad it happened during a few solo errands and not at work or out with friends.

I had very high hopes for this product after reading great reviews and a glowing influencer endorsement, but it 100% didn’t work for me.

The color was much too pink for my skin tone and gave me a bit of a “pink cast” instead of the typical mineral white cast. It also went on very shiny, yet didn’t feel very moisturizing on my skin. Put it on over clean skin to run some errands today and added a bit of setting powder to dampen the shine. A few hours later I was horrified to see it was flaking all around my face, especially at my mouth and chin! It was Halloween ready and pretty gross looking. Very glad it happened during a few solo errands and not at work or out with friends.
