Why the film fall off after a while?
1. Please check if you have removed the liner, trimmed the edges or squeegeed excess water and bubbles.
2. Clean the surface thoroughly without any dust.

Installation steps:
- Measure your target window glass size and record
- Clean the target window glass surface thoroughly, especially the corners.
- Add 1 inch on every side so you have an excess film to trim away.
- Tear off the protective backing liner
- Spray a lot of water both on the window surface and film
- Apply the film on window glass, squeegee away air bubbles and water with a scraper or card
- Trim excess film with a sharp razor or knife
Useful Tips:
- Use enough water. The more flowing water, the better. Squeeze out excess water and bubbles with scraper or hard card from middle to edge.
- Before applying, remember to tear off the protective film or it may fall off in a few days. (Please stick a tape on the film's corner on both sides to peel off the clear backing from the film);
- When installing, it is best to leave a distance of 1-2 cm between the window film and the window frame to prevent air bubbles.

Not the easiest to install but well priced
First off, I always thought people were lying and trying to scam Amazon when I would see them saying they received a used/returned product in product reviews but it finally happened to me. My first order was delivered and it was multiple pieces that were already pre-cut and they were all creased and placed in a generic bag with no packaging or instructions. I submitted a request for a replacement and the new one came as expected with actual packaging, instructions and in a complete roll.This is my first time using any kind of tint or window diffuser. I will say that it wasn't the easiest thing to install but it could have been the windows I was installing it on and not necessarily the product. I was applying this to four small windows on the front door. I followed the instructions thoroughly but still had a hard time getting it cut properly. You will need a very sharp blade for this project as the film is somewhat thick and can be frustrating to cut through on the first try. If you don't get it the first time, that's when things can get difficult and you end up with jagged edges or tearing off pieces that are too big from not getting a clean cut. I would suggest using an X-acto knife, which is what I used after failing with a, what I thought was sharp enough, utility knife.I plan to use this in a bathroom window as well so I will update if I'm successful with that or not. The price is very good for what it is. I would still recommend you give it a try.

I got this window tent a few years ago. Three to be exact. It is on our front storm door. It looks really good. You can’t really see in during the day, and it still allows plenty of light in. It was very easy to apply. The pictures are from the inside looking out and the outside during the day. Make sure you squeegee it completely, so it looks good. I am ordering another roll now to put on another window on the back of the house, it helps block heat from the sun! Definitely get this if you are on the fence.

I live in a townhouse and people walk by my windows all the time and look in. I hate it but love the daylight. I installed these covers by myself and it was very easy. Measuring and cutting is the hardest part. As you can see these do not block any sunlight yet no one can see inside anymore. I was really worried they would be too sheer based on a couple reviews but it’s not true. If you put your face up to the glass you can see a blurry person of course but my privacy is well protected. I feel very safe changing in front of them. You lay them out flat on a hard surface, measure your window glass and I suggest making them about 1/4” bigger than the glass then after it dries just use the exacto blade to trim it off otherwise you get side edges of clear glass. My first attempt was like this so I had to redo it. You spray the glass with water then put the film on the wet glass after you peel off the clear plastic backing. It’s not sticky like tape at all so it doesn’t get stuck or attached to itself at all. the water will make it get sticky after you put it on the window. You can move it around while it’s wet so it’s very forgiving and easy to do by yourself. Take extra care to cut straight lines and your good! Oh and get a hard edge or squeegee thing to smooth out the bubbles. It dries overnight and becomes unmovable when dry. It claims you can peel it off later but I haven’t tried that yet so I can’t verify if this is true. I’m renting right now so I’m praying it’s removable in real life. I really recommend this. I went to Home Depot but the one they had at mine was way too sheer so I took a chance on this one. So glad I did!
