I haven't used it like crazy or anything but it does work and it cuts cleanly. Not sure how long the blade will last and it does take a little pressure to get it to cut (nothing crazy). Because it's all plastic, it is a bit flimsy.

If your looking for something to use once and a while in your office this will do the job, if you need this for high end constant work I might go for something a bit more solid and heavy weight.

I guess the blade is titanium, but the rest of it is 100% plastic, and it feels cheap. Not only isn't the plastic ridged, the ruler that holds the cutting blade has some play in it too. Since the blade is held in a groove, I don't think it affects cutting much. As long as you got a nice flat table to operate it on it isn't really a problem, and the blade runs smooth on the track without any jerkiness. Even just setting it on my leg I was able to get a clean cut on 250gram glitter paper. I decided to give it 5 stars because it was only $10 and it does the task I bought it for. The blade is good, and they didn't cheap out there, it cuts smooth and glides smooth. It just isn't "over engineered", if you want something that is going to cut through CD's and that you can pass on to your grandkids, or even something that won't break if you drop it, then you probably want to look elsewhere and spend more money. But if you are trying to cut out a few business yourself, this will do that, and probably just as well as the $25 brand name one that is also just made out of plastic. It just would have been nice if they made it a little less "flimsy" feeling.

I needed a paper cutter for some misc printed items for a convention. I didn't want to charge the con for it so I bought something for me to keep. Not only was the price amazing but it worked like a charm. There are all sorts of measuring grids on it but also a raised section towards the bottom if you just want to make sure your paper was straight. I only ran 2 pieces of paper through at one time or one thick card stock page but it cut beautifully. And I've had to do a lot of last minute printing jobs and I am beyond happy at how well this works for me.
I wouldn't recommend doing several pages at once. You can't- there's only so much of an opening under the protective bar. But for small home jobs of cutting, this was quite an investment. And it's lightweight and easy to store. And it cuts straight lines which is something I am truly awful at!
I highly recommend this.

I’m making a scrapbook and so I bought this to cut straight edges. It works great for pictures but about halfway through the scrapbook it started shredding some of my thinner paper. If you use it just right you can figure out how to avoid it, but keep that in mind. The bottom edge isn’t perfectly straight so everything I cut was a bit crooked but not enough for me to bother to send it back. Overall a decent product for the price but if you’re looking for professional, go with a better more expensive product.

When I purchased, it was showing all functions like, both sides cutting option and ruler scale etc .... after I received the product, I didn't get those functions. I had requested for replacement ... after replacing the product ... same not received.
I had requested again and contacted customer care .... they told that, seller requested for return only. Problem was not resolved therefore I am forced to return the product.

It is not the same as shown in the picture. There is no extension or opening. The product is just that . No extra ruler for 90 angle cutting as shown the in the picture. Highly disappointed. Not worth the price. There is No return pick up also .
