I started this product on 7/9 at the recommendation of my cousin. I was drinking my ketones, but I find the pill much more convenient and WAY more affordable. I can say that my energy level is definitely up, my appetite has been curved, and I’ve also lost 7 pounds using this product coupled with a modified keto diet. I’ve had up and down days, but I also don’t deny myself when I crave something because for me personally, I would fail at keto if I didn’t allow myself a cheat day or snack here and there. I will also say that the pills are easy to swallow and leave no stomach upset or bad taste in your mouth.

I have to say, this electrolyte supplement has improved my mood drastically one time while I was doing Keto for about 2 weeks, but I didn't exactly feel that same effect afterwards, but that may have to do with my metabolism which I am trying to fix through extended fasting, but other than that, this is definitely good for supplementing your electrolyte levels, which get depleted from Keto & IF, but my only qualm, and this is a big one, is that there is such a significantly LOW amount of potassium in each serving, and that is really one of if not the most important thing you need while on Keto. They should've definitely upped the value by a significant amount. Also, it is rather expensive, but I'd still recommend it to people following the Keto diet.

I sadly struggle with kidney stones and so I drink a ton of water. I drink enough that I can get my electrolytes off and I give myself a nasty headache. I've tried drinking electrolyte replacement drinks, but I don't really like them. Plus if I'm working on a kidney stone, I just want water. I've been working on a stone this week and drinking a TON of water very quickly. (I've found that if I can drink a gallon in about an hour and a half several days in a row, I have a good chance of passing it quickly.) When I do this is when I get my headaches, which are unpleasant but better than a kidney stone. This week I took one of these supplements each morning when I started my flush and I haven't had a single headache or even a twinge of the beginning of one. They have worked great. I chose these because they have a small amount of calcium. I try to limit my calcium intake because of the stones, but I know I need a little. I felt that these had the right amount.

I had a coworker (she's very fit and lean) try them to make sure it wasn't in my head and now she's getting her own as a pre-work because she felt so good.

A product has to be really good or really bad for me to right an amazon review and I simply cannot say enough good things about this product.

I’m not real sure if this product is working for me. I have been on the carnivore diet for the last 6 weeks. After my 2nd week I started getting muscle spasms in my chest and legs. After researching I realized I needed electrolytes. After 2 weeks of everyday use I was still getting the same spasms as before. So as much as I had confidence in ordering this product I will have to search for another supplement unfortunately.
