I have a Vizio soundbar which I thought was pretty standard. The optical and power cords don't allow the soundbar to fit on the mount. It was 3/4 off the mount and I didn't feel safe putting it that way. I wish I would've figured this out before I drilled the holes. I had to put the soundbar on its back and I'm unsure whether the remote will work. Also I feel the sound won't travel as well, but it probably won't be noticeable.The drilling guide splits when you drill into it so tape it in the middle too!I like the "washers" with a grinder that hold up the brackets. The adhesive is VERY strong so make sure you get it right the first time. One of mine is slightly crooked!

I have a Vizio soundbar which I thought was pretty standard. The optical and power cords don't allow the soundbar to fit on the mount. It was 3/4 off the mount and I didn't feel safe putting it that way. I wish I would've figured this out before I drilled the holes. I had to put the soundbar on its back and I'm unsure whether the remote will work. Also I feel the sound won't travel as well, but it probably won't be noticeable.

The drilling guide splits when you drill into it so tape it in the middle too!

I like the "washers" with a grinder that hold up the brackets. The adhesive is VERY strong so make sure you get it right the first time. One of mine is slightly crooked!

Not fully what I expected. I was just looking for metal screw and bracket replacement, but it's a little bit better to me. It had the screws but not the original bracket. Instead I got 2 L shaped brackets that it sits on with adhesive tape so it doesn't move or slide.

I received a very small, entry level sound bar as a gift. I had no place to set it and it had no provision for mounting. This kit worked quite well for me! The mounts seem sturdy and the apparatus for hanging is good enough. I like the adhesive that securely holds the sound bar and the fact that the hardware is designed to allow easy removal from the mounting surface for occasional cleaning or other maintenance.
