I have never been able to give my hair volume or curls let alone have it hold (WITHOUT HAIR SPRAY TOO!) This cuts my get ready time in half and in ten minutes I look like I just got back from the salon. My boyfriend can’t believe the results, he keeps saying it looks like I got a hair transplant. Idk how I lived without it. Even after golfing 18 holes my hair still looked great and curled/blown out

I would not say that it’s worth the crazy money. I think the prices for this brand products are outrageously high. But this styler is a next level technology for hair like the hand dryer is for hands. I’m so impressed and in love with this styler now because it can dry my hair in a few min, smooth like it was ironed, and curl. I really love how fast and easy it is to use. The curls will not stay on for as long as a curling iron. I assume because the heat on the curling iron surface is significantly higher but that also means more damage to hair. If you use the product before and spray after, the curls/waives will last till the end of the day. I end up not using all the attachments and wish I didnt get an entire set now. The box is very nice but heavy and big. If I get to do it again, I would only buy 3 attachments and no box.

I have had the styling system for about 3 weeks. Using it at least a dozen times, I have learned how to streamline the process and now can go from wet hair to long curls in 20-25mins. I have found the that curls stay for a long time, even over night. My hair is relatively long, going to the middle of my back. My past styling routine took between 40 mins to an hour to dry and style. This combines the process into one with minimal effort. I would recommend, although the price is kinda steep. I got mine as a gift from hubby : )

The product is great if it works and you don’t have to contact Dyson… I ordered from Amazon and after one use, it wouldn’t turn back on. I contacted Dyson and after waiting in an 85 minute queue, they did some troubleshooting and said it was broken and would need to be replaced. I would expect a better exchange policy from a company like Dyson, however, it is a long 2 week process where they do not communicate in the time they said, will not expedite anything, and offer no help or solutions. I sent my broken one back and one week later I have not heard anything about my replacement. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with them over the last week and no one cares that it was sent broken and that I just am out of a $600 product for who knows how long….

I originally order the bright blue but was sadly disappointed when it showed up and the unit was chap plastic. This is too expensive to be anything cheap. I returned the blue one and ordered the copper unit and it sooooo much better made. More metal and heavier. Too much plastic creates static in fine thin hair. I love the unit I have. Works terrific. Again, I have fine thin hair but now can go from wet hair to styled (straight or curled) in about 10 minutes. It’s terrific!!

I can happily report that all of my other style tools are no longer needed. I had all of dry bar tools and had loved them except some of them were really heavy. Now that I have the Airwrap, I can’t imagine going back to using any of my dry and tools. It’s so nice and light… it works really great with my thick and curly hair. I would also say I love that the blowouts last days as did my curls. I usually only my curls last 1 day if I was lucky and spraying in a lot of holding spray. Now I don’t even really need to use holding spray. So happy it my purchase and wish I would have had it sooner.
