It really tones and firms my face and seems to hydrate at the same time. It’s a moist toner, if you will. Rose water, HLA, Aloe & Vitamin E soften and moisturize.

I know toner is an important step in a skincare routine but I began to skip it since most seemed too drying on my mature skin.

I have an esthetician friend who always emphasized how important toner is. It’s a great way to remove traces of makeup the cleanser didn’t get off. I only use it at night and wake up with clean skin, ready to go with applying serums and moisturizer only.
