I placed my order 4/26/23 for 2 waffle makers (they were backordered), I received it on 6/2/23 with a 30 day warranty. I have ordered at least 15 of these double waffle makers over the past 6 years. One of my new waffle makers started beeping incessantly in the middle of the waffle cooking time and just stopped cooking. So when the cooking time is completed, the waffle is raw (it’s molded to the shape of the waffle maker, but not cooked at all). I contacted the company about the matter over a week ago but have heard nothing. I am very disappointed in getting this matter resolved. Horrible Customer Service for an expensive item. They provide a support portal that apparently doesn’t work and apparently Amazon can’t do anything!

We did not use this very many times. We bought it to have waffle parties for the kids and their cousins a few weekends. One heating element went out after the 3rd use. Now both sides have an element out and we are back to pancakes. Sad sad as the kids are asking for waffle parties still and we cant afford another 150.00. Do not buy if want something that will last.
