I have used the old formula for YEARS! I loved it!! It worked really well for my face and I loved how good it made my face feel! I saw the new formula in the store and knew it wasn’t the same stuff immediately when looking at it. I came to Amazon saw this older version picture and ordered it immediately. What I got was the new formula. Since I had it I decided what the hell I might as well give it a shot. Insteadly terrible! The formula is all around bad! It doesn’t make my face feel good, it’s really runny and not as thick as the older version, the good smell it had is gone, it made my face breakout immediately! If I could give this new formula 0 stars I would.

I have posted on their instagram reel promoting this product saying how bad it is. Maybe they will listen when everyone is complaining publicly everywhere.

I bought this product because it has salicylic acid in it. I had a couple hormonal breakouts, and this did not make much of a difference to the pimples themselves. It may have helped the red bumps go down faster, but remember that salicylic acid is somewhat drying, so if you have melanin like me it might lead to some hyperpigmentation. Although, this isn't a big issue for me, because I get hyperpigmentation from acne regardless.

I think overtime this will be great at lightly exfoliating my skin. The main benefit my skin has seen from this is, the size of my pores has finally started to go down. It's slow and gradual, but it's working with my skin care routine so far. This was the main reason why I purchased this product.

I have sensitive skin, and this product contains menthol which leaves the skin with a minty-tingly sensation, but it hasn't left any redness or irritation so far. Just in case, I use my regular moisturizer on my eyes, and I use this one for the rest of my face.

I use this moisturizer nightly to help keep pimples at bay. Every so often I get lured to try a new acne moisturizer from more expensive/luxury brands, and am always dissatisfied in comparison, I always end up going back to this tried and true staple.

(I also prefer this over the Neutrogena pink grapefruit acne moisturizer, at similar price point).

I have normal, acne prone skin. It does not leave my face feeling oily, and has a nice light scent.

I find that it is not a deep moisturizer, it just goes on lightly, but does prevent any mild flaking skin (in my case, around a pimple) from drying out, which helps make-up go on smoother the next day.

When I need more hydration/skin quenching, I use Neutrogena Hydro Boost.
