Ok you guys this product is actually pretty great. It really works. So before I was taking these pills I was 211lbs on 6/3/2021 I just had a baby 9 months ago so it's baby weight dont judge me ..so now as of today 7/2/2021 I am 208lbs I mean its not much but it definitely work cause I don't be working out like that ... now downfall to taking these pills you will poop alot and you can't stop it from coming out its gonna come. And your stomach is gonna hurt make sure you drink your water cause that's what's gonna save you and you have to eat with it also or your stomach is gonna really be hurting ...

I never leave reviews, but this is a good product.. I wanted to try this before my wedding to shed a few extra pounds. I only took one pill at night before bed, like other reviewers have suggested. I did not have any cramping or pain, but you do get the belly grumbles the next day and will use bathroom several times. I did not have any crazy diarrhea or anything just had to go a lot more. But I was not expecting it to kill my appetite completely which was an added bonus! I could not take this every day due to work, and in one week I lost 7 pounds. I would highly recommend this! (I will add, I do have IBS, Colitis, and occasional ulcers so was worried about pain, but I had zero pain from this product!)
