I love the color of this bar and the fact that I can mount it to the wall easily with the screws provided. It really looks good and curves exactly the same as my walk in shower base. The only thing I don't really like is that my hooks for the curtains get stuck right where the rod goes together at but I believe that is what is going to happen on all rods. To solve the problem I just pull the curtains from the other side so they aren't catching the upper side of the rod where it goes together.

Curved shower rod does the job

It's much more lightweight and flimsy than I expected. I had a previous one for many years that I probably paid $100 at Boscov's for. It was heavy and strong. My kids eventually broke it using it to hold on to so they could stand in the edge of the tub to look in the mirror at their outfit (I need to invest in full length mirrors, apparently). This one I told them if they try once, it'll rip out of the wall and be destroyed. On the other hand, I installed it myself since it was lightweight and it does the job. I don't know how long it will last, but it's been a month or two now and no issues. Our curtain holders slide easily in it...much more nicely than the old one, so that's a big plus. It was cheap and it does the job. If you're looking for quick, cheap, and easy this works for you. If you want durability, there are probably better options.
