I never remember to take a before and after. In this case it would have been ideal. The difference in my skin is absolutely noticeable! I am 44 and my 11's are reduced by no less than half. Same with my forehead lines and my crows feet are easier to navigate with eyeliner, which I wear everyday. Today makes 30 days of taking this supplement every morning and I don't want to ever be without it and have ordered more.
I plug my nose when I take it because it is does have a somewhat fishy scent but it's tolerable for me. Pills are easy to swallow. Excellent quality and I am super happy with the results. My hair is doing better, I see length coming in faster. It's a little expensive for what I would usually pay for vitamins but this stuff works. Highly recommend!

I wanted to give this some time before making a review. I just now received my second bottle and I can see improvements. I am 4 months postpartum with my third baby. I have two under two and the back to back pregnancies took a tole on my hair skin and nails. My nails took it the hardest; they became super thin and brittle. I had to trim them all the way down regularly because they would break and they were so weak that I didn’t think wearing nail dip or extensions was an option due to further damage.I was using a different biotin but wasn’t really seeing results after months of use so u tried this one. My hair is no longer breaking and my skin is improving as well. The most drastic change was in my nails though and that’s how I know it’s working. My nails are hard enough that I don’t need products other than regular nail polish I wear just for the color. My nails can grow longer but I’ve kept them this length so I got scratch my babies, but they can grow longer and still are strong. Even pre pregnancies I was always using dip because my nails were prone to breaks and chips! My nails are so hard they haven’t broken despite lots of dish washing, showering, opening cans etc. I will continue to purchase and use this long term! I love the results so far and can’t wait to see the benefits of using it as my regular cotton biotin.
