So, that happened. My MacGyver solution worked, but I'm sure I inhaled far more of that stuff than is wise trying various ways to push it down harder or hold it with tape.I needed it now, not after the hoops of figuring out how to do an Amazon return since they refuse to simply pick it up when they deliver to the main office daily. If this happens to you, get a cabinet clamp. Harbor Freight will fix you up, I don't remember what it cost which means it wasn't very much.Shame on this manufacturer. This product has DOUBLED in price since the first time I bought it--and that button worked fine. I'm not the only one who's had this issue, either, so you either don't read reviews or don't care, I guess. I was hoping the other reviewer just got a fluke. Apparently not.The product itself has done the trick as it did before, but this is unacceptable. Stop cutting corners at our expense while you rake in obscene profits.

After reading several reviews, and seeing an issue with the sprayer not staying on, I thought I should share our experience. Our rep walked us through the whole process. At the end, he said, "This is important. If you push the release down, and it won't stay down, to keep releasing the product, here's what you do. Lift the back of the release button, and fold it over the front of the can. Don't worry, you won't tear it off. Then, fold it back to it's original position. When you press it down again, it will stay 'clicked on'." This was very helpful, as several cans needed to have this done.

Since my room was larger, I bought two. I read the (minimal) directions carefully, didn't shake the can (since it didn't tell me to), hit the release and came back a few hours later. I smelled a slight citrus scent, and guessed it worked. I picked up the can to throw it away, and it was still full! SO it looks like the propellant had been exhausted, but the product was still in the can. I shook the second can about 60 seconds, put on a p100 mask, hit the release, and waited. I saw a mist coming out of the top. So far, so good. After about 90 seconds, the mist turned into an intermittent stream of liquid. After about two minutes, even that stopped, and nothing came out. I picked up the can and it had about the same amount of liquid as when it was full.

So the chemical inside may be the most mold-busting chemical known to man, but you would never know because the delivery method just plainly does not work! A total waste of money - especially at the price for a little 6-ounce can. Avoid this product!!

I had a leack in my attick crawlspace that caused a lovely mildew smell. My closet is on the otherside of the crawlspace so, all my clothes would smell.. I tried everything, all the home depot sprays, lemoncide ect.. finally I went all in and tore out all the insulation and set off a bomb.. ahhh my bedroom and crawlspace smell crisp and clean! It has been a week I am setting off another bomb (just because) and putting up new insulation. Mold be gone! Highly recommend this product!

I was very disappointed to find that I spent More than $60 on a product that was shipped to me in a nonworking condition. The fact that you sell this product is such a high price and yet it does not work in the way that it supposed to is pretty disappointing.
