Like a lot of products today even the refrigerator we bought recently had a plastic film all over the stainless steel that had to be removed. This product has a plastic film on both sides of every panel I contacted Best choice products about the film not being mentioned in the directions.. I was informed to leave the plastic on there to protect the metal. Eventually, this plastic film will start to peel, etc., on the outside and look like crapThen there is the concern that the plastic film will eventually break down on the inside where the dirt is and end up inside the dirt where you’re trying to grow plants. Who knows if the plants would suck up through their roots the plastic toxins. The answer should be yes remove all plastic on both sides of each panelOverall, it seems like a nice product and better than the other raised gardens I bought in the past. I would like to give it five stars, but I shouldn’t because of the plastic film. At the very least, they should have their directions state to remove all plastic film.Update—>. Due to another reviewers comments, I put a chain across the middleTo make sure it never bows or swells in the middle. Also, due to a review from a different manufacturer raised garden. I built a year agoI filled the big hole ribs at the corners with a food grade silicone Supposedly once it dries, there’s no toxins whatsoever Friday nightLeft the last rib hole open at the bottom For drainage at the bottomI filled the rib holes from the inside, so it’s not visible from the outside with silicon dripping out. The reason I did this is because a lady from a different manufacturer, Metal raised garden that I built last year commented that anytime she watered her raised garden bed so much of the water would just escape at the corners and the dirt would not fully get moist The silicone worked wonderfully with the other ones I built last yearI’m really happy how the top edges are hemmed and not really sharp. Definitely a sign of a better quality metal raised gardenI switched my review to a four star after some thought. It’s definitely a really good productAfter doing all nuts and wing nuts just finger snugThen I came through with a drill To make the bolts tighter It definitely snugged upUse the Phillips head bits that are a little bit bigger/wider at the tip. Otherwise, screwheads will strip out easilyDoing this Definitely tightened up the Raised garden beds much more, making it more rigidBut, did the chain anyway
These are great garden beds. Perfect size and height. They look great and seem like they will hold up well for years of use. It’s nice to not have to bend down to weed- and it displays plants nicely. Definitely a great addition to our yard. As soon as I find another spot- I’ll be ordering more!
Lots of screws to put in. Metal is kind of thin. The corrugation helps with overall rigidity. Still easier and much cheaper than building one from lumber.
I ordered two units. One of the packages arrived damaged with several pieces inside bent or damaged. I contacted the supplier, hoping to get the parts that were damaged replaced. Instead, the supplier sent me a whole new package! And, best of all, I did not have to return the damaged unit! That would have been a challenge! Awesome Customer Service! Most helpful and courteous! Highly recommend, both product and supplier!
I just need dirt and compost to fill it … I put chicken wire at the bottom to keep vols out. Filled it with yard clippings for now .. I am ordering two more
Absolutely love these. I bought them when they were on sale for $119 and that’s the perfect price for what I was looking to do, plant dedicated beds at 24” tall… I fill the bottom with #57 granite gravel for a few inches then the rest will soil, then the top 6 inches or more with a good, rich, healthy compost. Paired with drip irrigation it’s a fantastic buy, so long as they never raise the price beyond $119…
5.0 out of 5 stars
Lightweight, Easy to put together, no tools required, screws and wing nuts

Maybe this will hold together fine —we’ll see—but the flat washers that are in the instructions are not in the package. Also, the “braces” that go across the middle are flimsy and bent like a folded newspaper when we gently turned the whole thing over. The color is pretty, the size is good! If it holds up I’ll still be happy!
