The bird bath was easy to put together and I weighted it by putting some dirt into the post that holds the bowl up. My second purchase of this item. Gave the first to a neighbor years back. It’s solid plastic and screws together easily. There are three metal L shaped bolts to anchor it in the ground but it’s easier to empty and clean if these are loose and you can tip the whole thing over. Birds love it for bathing. I refill twice daily this time of year. It's a nice brass green color. Worth it.

Very easy to put together. Light enough to move around easily to different garden locations and yet stable enough to stand up to a heavy wind.
I filled the pedestal with dirt but you could also use sand or stones to make it heavier if it's to be used in an open area.
Love the green color - it has a rustic look.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a larger and deeper bird bath for their bigger backyard bird populations.

I absolutely love this bird bath. The size is amazing and it holds a lot of water. I love the fact that it can be filled with sand, gravel, or water to increase stability, but I haven’t needed to do that. I just used the included stakes, and it hasn’t budged. It’s very easy to assemble, and the quality surpasses my expectations. My neighbor even stopped while passing by to ask me if it was real copper! Overall, a great value for the money, and I highly recommend.
