This is the best looking hardtop canopy on the market. The quality is very good as all screws fit in properly. Only 2 screws were stripped for me and that was because the engagement on the structure became stripped. I advise you to not screw the screws in too tightly. For the most part, I built this by myself until I had to raise the structure and put on the roof supports. The polycarbonate roof seems flimsy and I wonder if a good hail storm may take the panels out. They do not eliminate the sun entirely so you are not entirely in the shade. It has rained and it seems to keep the rain out, obviously not hard windy storms. Seems to be sturdy and may withstand some strong winds but I would believe anything over 20 to 30 mph may structurally effect this canopy. I will be contacting the vendor to see if there are replacement panels that can be purchased.
Shipping. That was the major issue I had. The vendor does not confirm that 2 boxes are coming. I received the first box per their schedule but they did not provide a tracking number for the second box and the order was shown as shipped. I called Amazon and complained that I did not get all my parts. Without any notice, the second box came a few days later. The date they state for delivery is false and misleading because you do not get the full order by that date. This is a good product and its a shame the vendor does not provide the information correctly as this would not have been an issue. All in all, I recommend the purchase. Really nice looking.

The materials are very organized, well labeled and instructions are clear/easy to follow
; the assembly takes about three hours if you have two people consistently on the job; some parts of the frame can be put together with just one person but there are quite a few phases of assembly that require a second person end or would be a lot less tedious with a second person involved I highly recommend power tools I am very happy with this purchase and it is a good value for the cost

Easy to install yes you need help for assembly but with 2 friends more it's not problem, can to do the enviroment private with the curtain spectacular, the material of the roof is not to hard but flexible and look very nice when is sunny

Classier look than fabric & one person assembly

I love it. I do agree to other reviews the top panels are so lightweight Im questioning durability. Time will tell. As long as there are replacements available, it would be easy enough to do. I love this look much more than the canvas kind. I did assemble in full myself which took me 5hours & using the house for a lean brace. Im 5’2” 125lb female to give insight. It probably would have gone faster, but I had some users I had to undo/redo some steps. FYI theres protective film on both sides of panels. One side is white and the other is clear so I began installing them after only removing the white side. DEFINITELY need to anchor which I did. The stakes provided wont hold this through a storm…it’s lightweight & will be goneReviewed in the United States on July 16, 2023
