    This one is a tiny bit larger than the 'standard' one. I wish Apple had shipped the 'traditional design' one rather than the 'flat' one, which probably costs 15% less to make. These are priced the same.

    I use this Apple product to charge one or two USB devices simultaneously. Primarily, I charge USB-C compatible devices with USB-C to USB-C cables. However, if you have a cable with a USB-C end and a USB-A end, it will work as well! Just ensure you have the correct cable, with at least one end being USB-C.

    Be sure to purchase this "Shipped & Sold by Amazon" to ensure you're getting an authentic Apple product and not a knock-off.

    This is an expensive adapter if all you plan to do is use it in the USA, however since it has the modular plug you can attach an Apple cable or a different Apple country plug to it, so it becomes a true travel adapter. Be aware though that it only has the us 2 blade plug (if you buy it in the usa, otherwise it will only have your local electrical plug).

    Since i have had multiple world wide Apple plugs (UK, EU, Australia) for my Macbook power adapters from the past, I can reuse those plugs and cables when I travel internationly, so this is a perfect, albeit expensive, solution.

    If you only want to use in a single country, it's way more economical to get a 2 or 3 port Anker GaN adapter. It will be the same size and have higher output power for about the same or less money. The only problem is it doeant have a modular power plug like this. Make your decision based on your actual needs.
