I bought two bottles about 3-4 months back (picture 1). I just bought two more a week ago (3.24.2023) (picture 2). The second is way too watery and smells different. I don’t like the overly sweet and floral smell this new formula has. No where on the package does it day anything about them changing so not sure what this is about. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this based on other reviews.Notice in the video the packaging is off with the new bottle - lighter pink - font and verbiage slightly off. Ver odd!

Honestly I’m writing this review MONTHS after I bought the product. When I bought it I was a little unsure because there were some pretty bad reviews about the feeling, making their skin burn or breakout, etc.

I have pretty sensitive skin and I get giant cyst-like breakouts if I use the wrong the product. All I can say is that none of that happened to me. Like I said, I purchased this months ago and have been using it every day since. It leaves my skin feeling UHHHHHHmazing. It’s a very mild cleanser, there’s nothing harsh to it which I love. I use a makeup remover so I don’t need it to do anything more than gently clean my face. My face doesn’t feel sticky, tacky, or dry afterwards like more face washes leave me. Instead it feels soft. Like SO SOFT I don’t want to stop touching it. And it looks so glowy. JUST FROM A CLEANSER.

The onlyyyyy negative thing I have to say is the smell.... it’s really not even that bad, and at this point I’m so used to it. But at first it was pretty off-putting. I mean, it almost smelled like flowers, but more like the dirt the flowers are potted in. Anyway....it really didn’t bother me that bad. And for how good the ingredients are in this, and how fantastic my skin feels, I can definitely look past it. I mean, I didn’t even take a star for that. That’s how great the product overall is. Will 100% purchase again

I finally found the one fricken face wash that won't irritate my face and make me look like a pizza.
The BEST thing about this product: the value. It is highly concentrated and I literally use a pea size amount twice a day. I bought this months ago and it's still not even half empty.
Now, don't let the "pretty and simple" look of this product make you not want to try it if you're a dude because this stuff is GODLIKE. It has made a huge difference on my face and I've been using it for three months now. Usually by now, every other face wash just stops working, gives me a bunch of disgusting white heads, or turns my face into a prune. Don't EVER stop making this stuff; this has got to have been crafted by magical face fairies. This company knows what it's doing. The price is also amazing because like I said, it lasts forever.
I initially decided to try this because I got an e-mail with a coupon. This is the only thing that works for my face (after trying out a million things for years) and keeps it acne free for good unless I start eating a bunch of junk, in which case, no organic or chemical-laden face wash will be able to control. Speaking of chemical-laden, this doesn't have ANY of that junk in it and it's really truly only good stuff.

5/5; will continue to buy forever as I don't need anything else because this just simply works in all aspects. Seriously THANK YOU, Acure. You guys have the magic touch.

Another once great company with once great products has clearly sold out. They clearly changed this product, though the ingredients listed remain the same on the package I just finished and the garbage product I just received. The product used to be a thicker cream consistency with a VERY light scent that worked great and my sensitive skin tolerated well. This new product has a heavy floral scent and is so watery, just pours out. It’s awful, and the smell and consistency are gross and my skin hates it. Why would they change a sensitive skin product and not alert the consumer.
This seems to happen to all the clean brands. In comes corporate backing/funding, founders no longer running the company, cheapen product, sell out your core customers. Now have to trial and error new brands of cleanser to see what will work for my sensitive skin.

When I open the top I have to be very careful as it will run out all over the cap and so it dispenses way too much. I have super super sensitive skin. I've been using the Acure eye cream, day cream, and night cream now for months. If you haven't tried those, you should definitely give them a chance. They've really turned my skin around. While they are pricey - a little really does go a long way. It doesn't irritate my skin, I don't break out with it on, it makes my skin so smooth it's hard to believe. So I totally feel that those creams are worth every penny. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin from those three. The results of those is what made me try this wash. I bought and used two tubes of this wash, so I feel after two tubes that my review is fair.

I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised like I was with their face creams, but instead I found that it's only been okay, but not worth the price in my opinion. I've had a few mild breakouts on my forehead and chin while using this, nothing too serious, but I didn't seem to have issue with the last soap I was using. So I've gone back to Dr Bronner's Magic Tea Tree Oil Soap (the orange bottle). It keeps me from breaking out a lot better than this soap does. I've been using it a couple of years and really does the trick. And because their creams work so well, I feel I don't really need the wash.

I feel like I found the perfect balance using Dr Bronner's tea tree wash, and then using the Acure face creams. The face creams give me zero trouble as far as breaking out goes. I think that this Acure face wash was just a little too strong for my face. At any rate, I don't like fighting the forehead pimples if I don't need to. The body wash (in the green tube) is too strong for me too, made my arms and back break out. I tried the sensitive skin body wash, and it seemed to irritate my skin too. So I went back to Kiss My Face olive oil soap. Hope this helps.

Como usuaria con piel grasa, rosácea y acne, el producto ofrece una limpieza profunda en el rostro, no irrita en lo absoluto y he notado una mejora en el aspecto de la piel. Lo que más me encantó es la textura esponjada y que rinde muchísimo a pesar del tamaño que tiene ya que hace espuma.

Dependiendo de cada circunstancia, tomar en cuenta: el aroma es similar a un "refresco de naranja", para sacar mayor partido a la textura del producto deberá estar en un ambiente frío (con el calor se hace más liquido) y por último, al rendir demasiado y hacer mucha espuma (aún así apliques lo más mínimo) puede que te tardes más en el enguaje.
