Asurion covered the damage done to my son's watch face. We made the claim, sent it in, there was a quick review and a gift card to replace it was sent via email quickly. It was seemless! Will use again!

I bought a watch a year ago and it just quit working out of the blue. I have no idea why but it wouldn’t charge it wouldn’t turn on so I had a warranty on it and they refunded my money was very nice of them. I am happy with what they did for me And I would highly recommend their warranty services again! I don’t know about the watch again but they quit making that watch so I’m guessing they had lots of problems with it. Which is too bad because my granddaughter loved it. I put her picture on it and she just loved it , she was two years old. Sorry, I don’t have a photo to share.

Amazfit Bip pro 3, broke at work when I hit a metal door. The pin ripped through the body and the wrist band. Unfixable. One of those purchases I almost forgot I don't want the plan but I'm glad I did😅 mailed it too asurion, day later after I dropped the watch in an package. Got a gift card code of the close amount I bought the watch for in a email. So instant. Bought a different smart watch...Of course the same 2 year plan. If you blue collar wearing a smart watch, buy the plan. You never know.
