One of my Wyze cameras stopped working correctly. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot on my own & with the vendor, I reluctantly contacted Asurion for the protection plan I purchase for everything. I say reluctantly because a few years back, I had a horrible experience when a relatively new purchase died & it took about 4 calls & several hours to finally get the coverage I had purchased. This experience could not have been more different. The agent was professional, pleasant & knowledgeable & the issue was solved! I highly recommend purchasing protection plans from them on everything that is coverable.

So easy and very fast...
I had bought a Bluray player and it died...
Thankfully I purchased the warranty.
It was so easy to file a claim.
I uploaded 2 photos of the issue and a short explanation of the issue,
the purchase was connected via Amazon, and they gave me a shipping label.
I packed it up, dropped it in the UPS box and the same day, I received an Amazon gift card for the purchase price of the Bluray player.
I am still amazed at how easy and stress-free the process was.
I highly recommend buying the extended warranty.

This insurance plan with Assurion does not give your money back. It gives an Amazon store credit card. Only Amazon wins with this plan. You lose your cash.

The ASURION Electronics Protection Plan is a great plan to have! I always get the protection plan whenever I buy any kind of electronics. Better safe than sorry cause you just never know. Glad I got it and that's money well spent!

have had the charger for 3 months but just opened the box -been sick with heart trouble-charger does not work in that it doesn't show % of charge and does not charge-cant tell if charging or not -not useable- so I ordered another one and going to send 1st one back just got second this week and it doesn't work either ---I have two of these chargers I've have had for a couple of years and they work fine--these two new ones have electrical- assembly- issues must have be made at the same place-- sending these- two-back but afraid to order more NOTE - must not have correct assembly instructions or have FINAL testing This is a good product please correct the problem ???
