Once I filed the claim on the product. They sent instructions and prepaid label right away. They always kept me informed. Once they got the product they informed and explained that it would take a couple of days to see if product could be repaired. It took one day they informed that product couldn't be fix. They immediately sent all my money back! What a great experience especially when I had a broken product!

I have to learn to trust companies. I really didn’t think I would have such an excellent experience. This went quickly and I was back on the air with a new two way radio in no time. I also purchased this program again!
