I have tried many high end shampoos and this shampoo is AMAZING. It is my new go to. It leaves my hair feeling fresh and with this much hair that is a must. It doesn't add much volume but it does leave it clean. The smell is amazing too- it is like a tea tree oil and fresh.

Be outside of the shampoo bottle was sticky with shampoo that had clearly leaked out of the bottle. Not enough missing from the bottle for me to return it since it would be more hassle but if you were getting food products within the same box you may want to not do that just in case.

I don't know if it's a PH balance sort of thing or what, but some shampoos don't work with my hair. Some shampoos leave a thick residue behind, leaving my hair with a horrible waxy feeling and heavy coating of gunk all over. I have very fine hair, very soft, and it grows thick on my head. Shampoos and conditioners that leave behind "moisturizers" (or whatever) often leave my hair feeling heavy, flat, or not rinsed off well (and hard water is awful for my hair).
_THIS_ shampoo doesn't quite do that, but it does not rinse out very well. There is a slight residue, and it gets better with a second lather and rise, but it doesn't rise out thoroughly well, leaving my hair feeling a little heavy and not as clean as it should be. It's passable, I can dry my hair and leave the house, but I'm not pleased with it.
This might work for some, but it doesn't for me. I would recommend a small bottle before buying a large one.

I miss the days when these 365 bottles were $7.99 or below. It's like Whole Foods simply raised their prices because they woke up and realized everyone else was more expensive while offering less value.

I love the lack of phthalates and other concerning chemicals in this line, but I may just swap over to a salon brand if and when they raise their prices again.
