PROS: You can't beat the bang for your buck with this 365 by Whole Foods Market lavender shampoo. It's ingredients aren't perfect but pretty natural and much better than the Renpure shampoo we used to buy. Also we love the scent, smells like baby shampoo. Leaves our hair feeling light and clean.CONS: hopefully yours comes with a non-spill stickers on the pump nozzle so you don't have to replace it!*Pics of 1st bottle & replacement.

After waiting almost 3 weeks for this item to arrive, it arrived with a broken top. Fortunately, I have a top from my previous conditioner. I'm not sure why this was packaged with such little care. I feel that I should get a partial refund for the defective product and super slow delivery. I don't know who to contact, though, so I'll just post this for future purchasers to be warned.
