What a Narcissist Does at the End of a Relationship: Dealing With and Understanding the Aftermath of a Narcissistic Relationship Kindle Edition

Breaking up in normal circumstances is hard enough. If you throw a narcissist into the equation, it makes it all the more difficult.

Not only are you left heartbroken from the separation, but the actions and behaviors of the narcissist post-break-up are nothing short of cruel, confusing, and downright crazymaking. You feel like your world has ended and you don’t know how to rebuild it.

In this short book, I want to use my own experience with a narcissist to highlight and outline the following for you:

Discarding, and why the narcissist does this. This is a cruel tactic used by the narcissist to either punish you or because you have nothing left to give them.

What a narcissist does at the end of a relationship: while all narcissists are different, you can count on one thing being consistent: their behavior.

How the narc feels and deals with the break-up. I'll discuss the toxic narcissistic relationship pattern, so you can avoid being sucked into it once more.

If you're looking to read this book, you're likely heartbroken and looking for some guidance, support, or understanding. As someone who has been through the hell of a narcissistic relationship, I can offer you all three, and I hope this book can help you make sense of this heartbreaking time.

If you have been discarded by a narcissist then you will remember the cruelty and mental torture that is involved in that final discard. How you are overwhelmingly confused at how the person you thought loved you suddenly becomes your worst enemy. No matter how long you have been with the person (22 years) that time means absolutely nothing to the narcissist.

This book describes everything perfectly.

Even though I have validation from other victims of Narcissistic abuse, actually reading the experience just adds further validation.

It's a great book.

This book is a very easy read, recommended for those, who do not want to gain a really deep understanding of the phenomenon of narcissism, but want to gain some strength, and pleasure for venting. Not a bad book, but there are many, many better ones than this.

This book was a concise guide to the things I've been experiencing, and I recommend it to anyone who's recognized they're in a similar situation, so it can help them prepare for what's next.

A great insight into the phases of a Narcissistic relationship. It gave a me a good reminder of seeing the red flags looking back on my past relationship and to never overlooking these signs.

I loved how this book clearly defines a narcissist, their behaviors, the damage they do to their partners and why they behave the way that they do. The book also supports and educates victims of such people and provides recovery suggestions. This is the best book about narcissistic relationships that I have read in my extensive search for understanding the destruction of self that narcissists cause their victims. A must read!
