Absolutely love Better Menopause book! It offers an excellent balance of menopause science and a great selection of delicious recipes. Dr. Amati's writing style is straightforward and succinct - sophisticated concepts are made easy to understand even if you don't have a medical background. I enjoyed learning about HRT, metabolism, hormones and many more vital menopause and healthy living related concepts that we all should be familiar with.
Jane Baxter's recipes range from vegan (packed with plant protein) to meat and fish based one and look truly mouth watering. Boston based beans and Miso-glazed aubergine are the next ones on my cooking list!
