I've been using smart bulbs for years and years. They always look like smart bulbs. More recently I had some LED bulbs that look a little bit like Edison bulbs, but it was still easy to tell they were LED, and they definitely were not smart. I was skeptical about these when I saw them on Amazon, but decided to go for it. Bought two for our dining room. OH WOW! Not only do they really look so close to Edison bulbs, but they actually work with Google Home/Assistant! The app you need, Ediscon Smart just works. Maybe it's a first for me. Pairing with the app was easy, even though I have a mixed 2.4G/5G environment (Google Nest mesh). As you see in the video it works. I also tested dimming, works as well. I could not be happier! Note that these bulbs are not meant to be a workshop or kitchen lights - the two of them are definitely bright enough for our dining room though. If you need very bright lights, like 60W equivalent, look elsewhere.
