As a Developer within one of Alamy's Delivery Squads, you will play a crucial role in transforming user requirements into robust solutions. Our development team thrives in a project-based agile environment, utilizing the Microsoft Team Foundation Server Framework and GitHub to facilitate collaboration and streamline our processes. They are responsible for working on all components of Alamy's web site and back-office systems, including CRM and finance, with an unwavering focus on speed and security.

As a member of our software engineering team, we seek individuals who are not only technically strong but also highly committed, enthusiastic, and detail oriented Asp.net developers with exceptional technical problem-solving skills. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of technologies such as Asp.net (C#), React/NextJS, HTML, CSS, jQuery, TFS, GitHub, and AWS Services like S3, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda (Node.js), API Gateway, and EC2.

India Office - Trainee - Client Invoicing Services

Job Title: Trainee - Client Invoicing Services

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday

Do you pride yourself on delivering a brilliant customer service experience? Would you thrive in a fast-paced role, working as part of a supportive team whilst being accountable for your own contribution? We’re on the lookout for someone who is a team player and is all into delivering services in a swift, proficient and proactive manner. This role provides a good platform to learn billing processes and improves multitasking skills by handling email queries from the clients, navigating computers and email inboxes, and data processing simultaneously. Here’s some more detail about this exciting opportunity!

  • Understand and become familiar with Alamy’s invoicing and billing processes for Inbox, Self-bill UK/GER, Distribution and magazine.

  • With a visual eye for images, be able to match client declarations with the available reports and identify usages to process invoices.

  • Work as a team to ensure team deliverables are met as per the SLAs.

  • Ensure that work delivered fulfills Alamy’s quality standards.

  • Work Location - Technopark, Trivandrum.

  • Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

  • TOEFL/IELTS/BEC/C2 certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Should be enthusiastic about learning how good & prompt services to the customer can be vital to the business.

  • Work in shifts (General and UK Shifts) and Indian holidays, if required.
