“Boy Meets World” actress Trina McGee said in a social media post she is pregnant.
The 54-year-old actress played Angela Moore on the hit 1990s sitcom.
“At the tender age of 54 I have found myself pregnant,” she posted on Instagram. “Please bless us with your prayers for a safe delivery. Thank you.”
As a result, she stated, she will be off social media.
McGee played Angela Moore, the love interest of Shawn Hunter, played by Rider Strong, from 1997 to 2000. The actress has three other children.
According to PEOPLE, McGee has company when it comes to celebrities having children at the age of 50 and older. Cameron Diaz and her husband announced in March the birth of their son, Cardinal, when Diaz was 51.
Naomi Campbell, at the age of 53, announced the birth of her son in June of last year.
