Are you a Foreign Service retiree or annuitant? Or are you a Federal civilian retiree and was enrolled in the Foreign Service Benefit Plan at least one year during your active Federal career?

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to enroll in the Foreign Service Benefit Plan. But we have other great plans and services available to you.
