    The union movement has hailed the rebirth of the $35 million NSW Industrial Court after being given a leading role in a welcome ceremony at the court’s headquarters in Sydney on Tuesday.

    The court, which will only cover public sector and local government employees, was scrapped in 2016 by the Coalition state government but makes a comeback as the judicial arm of the NSW Industrial Relations Commission.
