    Australia’s biggest co-operative is looking to exit a long-standing partnership with Indonesia’s billionaire Salim family that involves joint ownership of flour mills, a malting plant and port assets in South-East Asia.

    Perth-based CBH is looking for a way out of its Interflour joint venture, which owns and operates nine flour mills spread across Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines, but has battled high grain prices eroding its profit.
