Extra Help is there for members with lower income and resources. It helps pay for Medicare drug costs.

Need help with Part D prescription drug costs?

 

If you qualify for Extra Help, you’ll get help to pay your plan’s:

 

  • Monthly Part D premium
  • Yearly deductible
  • Coinsurance
  • Copayments

 

Extra Help also covers you over the coverage gap phase. And it waives any Part D late enrollment penalty.

Is Extra Help for you?

 

First, you’ll need Medicare drug coverage (Part D). You may qualify for Extra Help with your plan if you have up to:

These amounts are for 2024. They may change in 2025. If your income and resources are a bit higher, you should still apply.
