Adaptive Equipment Donations

Thank you for your interest in donating to our Assistive Technology (AT) Reuse Program. Our AT reuse program is based on donations from the community. With your support, we can continue to equip people with disabilities with free equipment to improve, maintain, and/or support their independence.

Please fill out the form linked in the button below and a staff member will be reaching out to you shortly if we able to accept your donation at this time.

Important information you need to know before you make your donation:
We can only give out new or gently re-used AT as is. We are unable to accept broken AT or AT that need repairs. We have offices located in Columbia, SC, and Greenville, SC. We have limited capacity to pick up items. For AT near the Charleston area, reach out AccessAbility or go to South Carolina Assistive Technology to find additional resources or organizations.

AS OF 2024: At this time, we are not accepting donations of standard walkers or commodes. For bigger-size items like hospital beds or electric wheelchairs, we have limited storage space, but we can collect your information down if you are interested in direct donations.

Items that are highly requested: wheelchairs, rollators, shower bench or transfer bench chairs, incontinence supplies like wipes, chux pads, and gloves.
