Music clearly plays a central role in actor Sam Neill's life and his three selections reflect a life long passion. An older brother turned him on to jazz and blues.

Sam reciprocated with The Beatles, but big brother was a Stones man. There's a beautiful Crowded House song that Sam successfully pitched for a movie he was in and a tender, new song by American musician Weyes Blood with superb lyrics … "Mercy is the only cure for being so lonely".
