JOINS US NOW WITH WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR. DUGGAR APPEARED IN FEDERAL COURT VIA ZOOM THIS MORNING FROM THE WASHINGTON COUNTY JAIL... HE PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO ALL CHARGES. ACCORDING TO A FEDERAL INDICTMENT - DUGGAR IS ACCUSED OF USING THE INTERNET TO DOWNLOAD CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL IN MAY OF 2019. THE INDICTMENT SAYS THAT SOME OF THAT MATERIAL DEPICTED GIRLS UNDER THE AGE OF 12. IF DUGGAR IS CONVICTED - HE COULD FACE UP TO 20 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON, AND FINES OF 250 THOUSAND DOLLARS ON EACH COUNT. DUGGAR IS BEING REPRESENTED BY TRAVIS STORY, GREG PAYNE, AND JUSTIN GELFAND. I REACHED OUT TO ALL THREE FOR AN INTERVIEW BUT DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM ANY OF THEM. DUGGAR WILL HAVE A BOND HEARING ON MAY 5TH - IF HE MAKES BOND, THE COURT WOULD LIKELY REQUIRE A THIRD- PARTY CUSTODIAN TO LIVE WITH HIM, AND HE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH MINORS. WE WILL BE FOLLOWING ALONG AND BE SURE TO BRING YOU ANY UPDATES THAT WE GET REGARDING DUGGAR...
