EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Just like in the regular season, the Evansville Christian Eagles have been nothing short of dominant in the postseason. But up next, an equally strong Barr-Reeve. The Vikings are 24-2 on the year, and their postseason journey featured a 5OT thriller for the sectional championship. But this Eagles squad is feeling solid, and prepared.

“I think we’re just working really well as a team,” said Senior Forward Jackson Chesser. “We all root for each other. As soon as the game starts, one of us is knocking down the shot, we’re all getting hyped for him, and that brings shots for us later in the game. It feels good. We were very prepared with the schedule. It feels good.”

“The excitement today in this school was just unmatched,” said Head Coach David Kruse. “We had kids that don’t really care about sports who were just so excited for our schools success, and that’s just a great atmosphere that we’re trying to build here.”

Evansville Christian’s game against Barr-Reeve tips off at 10:45 at Washington.
