Democratic candidate Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Harris are expected to address the nation Friday night, according to a report.

Harris is expected to speak first at the 8 p.m. address, followed by the former vice president, a campaign official told several White House reporters.

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden and his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) arrive to deliver remarks at the Alexis Dupont High School on August 12, 2020 in Wilmington, Delaware.

It’s unclear whether the Biden-Harris camp will claim victory in their speech.

Biden took the lead in Pennsylvania over President Trump early Friday.

A victory in the Keystone State, with its 20 electoral votes, would given Biden the requisite 270 electoral votes needed to win the election, but the race has not been officially called.
